Patona Partners is a family investment firm led by experienced investors and former executives of global companies.
Through our combined 90+ years of experience, we have worked with an array of companies. Our operational roles have ranged from being Vice Chairman and CEO of DBS Group (Southeast Asia's largest financial services firm), Chairman and CEO of retailer Brookstone, senior merchandise buyers at Louis Vuitton and Hermes, and active board members at publicly-listed companies such as Eli Lilly, Mastercard, Philips, HSBC, Singapore Airlines, NYSE Euronext, SingTel, Jones Lang Lasalle, and Bank of China.
We have advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, sales, IPOs, and debt financing through our roles at JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. In addition, we have extensive private investment experience, having worked at global investment firms including General Atlantic, 3i Group, and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board. Over the past 15 years, we have been responsible for deploying over $1 billion of equity capital, representing enterprise values of over $5 billion.
